The Nazi mysticism of the black sun
After the Second World War and the subsequent occupation of Germany, the allied military commanders were stunned to discover the depth of state secrets jealously guarded by the Nazi regime.
Behind all these mysteries there is an even more profound element: a secret order known to initiates such as the Black Sun Order, an organization so feared that it is now illegal to even print their symbols and signs in modern Germany.
The esoteric Black Sun (Schwarze Sonne) has considerable importance in Nazi Mysticism. It would seem that this symbol was already known in the era of the Great Migrations, having been found some female clasps with such characteristics. Goodrick-Clarke states, however, that it would have medieval origin and would be the representation of the solar movement, with the twelve-spoke solar wheel which, in turn. it would derive from the Merovingian records, symbolic visualization of the twelve seasons and the twelve zodiacal signs.
It consists of three circles, one full central, one intermediate and one external; from the central one there are 12 rays that can be assimilated to 12 Sowilo runes.
Between the fifth and fourth centuries BC Long before the Copernican revolution, the philosopher and astronomer Philolaus of Croton theorized a non-geocentric astronomical system, centered on a central fire, Hestia, around which the earth, the planets and the sun would revolve.
As the sun emanates light radiation that allows man the sensorial knowledge, the material vision, so the Black Sun would allow spiritual illumination, another degree of knowledge beyond that mediated by sensory and nervous cells and brain processing, reopening the doors of a new dimension
The black sun with its 12 rays represents completeness, the totality of perception, the full level of initiation.
The sun indicates the procession of the equinoxes and the synodic vocal point of the Zodiacal eons of time, the void. The Plutonian Black Sun astrologically represents the necessary death and transformation before the advent of new life.
The Schwarze Sonne is a solar symbol, sometimes also referred to as Sonnenrad ("the wheel of the sun" or "solar wheel"). The Nazis were conquered by it. So much so that Himmler founded the secret society of the black sun.
The symbol of the black sun is used today by the German and international Hinism organizations, the irminist groups such as the so-called Irminenschaft or in German mysticism: the Black Sun exposure to these organizations has no political purpose but fulfills its ritual function linked to the doctrine and the cosmological symbolism of Hininism.
The adepts of the association were called Die Herren vom Schwarzen Stein (DHvSS). These will give the input to give rise to the hidden order within the SS: the Schwarze Sonne.
So within the varied world of the SS there were:
- the SS Ahnenerbe, or the cultural-academic component of the SS;
- the SS Schwarze Sonne, or the real mystery-esoteric component of the SS.
